BRISTOL, TENN. - The Pfeiffer men's volleyball team (0-2, 0-2 CC) dropped a 3-0 decision at King (6-1, 2-0 CC) on Tuesday evening in the Falcons first road match of the season. With the loss, Pfeiffer is now 11-4 all-time against King.
The Falcons dropped all three sets by the score of 25-13 in the contest. Jesse Print set a career-high with 11 kills on the night and led the Falcons with a .364 hitting percentage. Print also led the Falcons with five digs, while teammate Evan Blair chipped in nine kills and four digs. Hunter Gray handed out 26 assists for Pfeiffer.
King hit a scorching .644 as a team in the contest and cruised to the victory. Eddie Moushikhian paced King with 10 kills and Jeff Sprayberry had an .833 hitting percentage with five kills. King committed only three attack errors in the conference tilt, comapred to 19 by the Falcons.
Pfeiffer returns to action on Saturday as they travel to Lees-McRae for a 7 p.m. match.
